Bionicdelay is a vintage tape echo unit.

It gives you separate control over the delay times on left and right channel. suitable for ping pong delays and drifting delays.
  • tape model including tape saturation, wow, flutter, low and high pass filtering
  • separate control of delay time for left and right channel
  • The delay time is not entered in milliseconds but as a notelength (in relation to the song tempo in your sequencer)
  • "Drift" parameter creates delays wandering to the left or to right in the stereo field
  • press the "Ping Pong" button to create delays alternating between left and right speaker
  • parameter "Smooth" creates continuous delay time changes like on a real tape delay
  • parameter "Stereo Width"
  • all parameters are controllable by midi controllers

This maker also made fantastic plugin called Tape Delay. It has a light distortion build in to it so it needs to be used on Delay Buss otherwise it will affect the straight signal too much. It is very simple but one of the best analog sounding tape delays out there. More realistic than Bionicdelay.

Very stable, low CPU, used it mostly on vocals, with low feedback and fast delay times you can get nice early reflection type reverberation. Also nice slapback. Thank you.

I've actually had this for years and it gets used on so much of my work, including professional stuff. A totally great little machine.

Best vst analog delay I ever used ! I put it in many many "pro" productions, it's very stable: never had a single problem with it in years... Many things to tweak and the most important >>> IT SOUNDS !!!! Get it, it's a must have !
