I've been looking for a noise gate to use with QTox and similar voice messengers. I tried Noisegator first, then this vst with savihost or vsthost hosts. This plugin is very good at 1% and less CPU on a E1400 dual core processor, then at slightly above -60 Db it shuts down the channel completely, but as I speak it opens up. It has a somewhat high latency, but the Noisegator also does. WIll experiment with other gates also, but this one is functional.
