Yes, Only version 1.22 was completely free, but it's available elsewhere no problem... Developer is long gone so purchase is not possible... So I use this so have some insight... it has some advanced features not found in other trackers or even DAWs (not even renoise)... The patterns are 'multi-temporal' such as you can copy a pattern & run it at a different tempo & patterns can have a repeat ## so no need to copy-paste a ton out... The arranger has automatic end of song detection & patterns can be placed anywhere in arranger... You have the power of a machine hook-up & SVAr excels in instancing, any adapter loaded with a VST or VSTi can be instanced up to 16... You can draw out envelopes for VST params down in the arranger but this is static... SVAr has an Effects Processor where you can stack drawn envelopes from as many different VST-VSTi as you want being able to 'run' to test then placed in a 'cell' with a unique command when placed anywhere you wish in the pattern these envelopes 'run'... Tracks are poly, up to 9 notes & each note has program change... Entering chords is ingenious with 'force vertical movement' off entering notes causes cursor to go to the right until row filled then will drop down to next skip... You can also edit while it's running seems designed so... Includes anti-wave sampler which handles large HiQ SF2 just fine once again up to 16 instances per sampler... There's much more, I have info cake on this at SunVox forum under 'Other Music Software'... Thanks>>>
These are demos, saving songs (projects) is disabled, But rendering to wav is not.
