Is there a way to convert this 32 bit VST to 64 bit so it will work on Windows 11 and my 64 bit daw?

Try using jBridge. It converts the .dll file.

Great flute and reasonable strings, but there are formant issues with the vocals, like most mellotron VSTs. They need to be sampled individually

A bit limited with the sounds (3 to be exact) but they are of great quality. The interface is welcoming too

I was looking for something to simulate the sound from the song Clapham by Pineapple thief. This was close enough without being too close. I like to pan different notes all over the field, add sublte chorus, reverb and resonance sweep. Big lush sound

Back in the seventies I owned a Mellotron M400. I have tried all the free clones. Not only does this VST render a decent emulation of the original, it also has full MIDI learn and remote control of it's parameters from your MIDI keyboard controller. Another wonderful offering from Elektrostudio.

doesn't work on ableton with win7 64bit.

because it's a 32bit plugin. No 32bit plugin would work on 64bit DAW.

I played a Mellotron. Tapeotronic resembles it. Do not ruin it with reverb or anything weird! If someone wants to add effects, can add them in its own sequencer or use another synth. You have done a work of art. Congratulations by Tapeotronic and all other synths you did!
