I have rendered from this synthesizer dozens of times, usually leads changed slowly with modwheel. Just selected presets it came with making minor modifications. I read about the author's story trying to sell these plug-ins, and it's a shame that he just couldn't get through. This is payware quality stuff, enjoyment all the way around. A couple of his plugs like Ocet are a bit hard to use (nothing to do with random seed and/or to get better drum sounds, need to save sequences and drum configurations separately from FXB), and others like Or2v require special consideration, such as in OpenMPT sometimes the sequencer doesn't start automatically. This author even made me use MoonSonoSX and that other one "like Hera" while I'm not very impressed with hardware retired long ago.
I wish it was available in 64 bit
If you use a bridging plugin such as jBridge (paid but very inexpensive) or NetVSTHost (free but less easy to set up) you can run any, or almost any, 32-bit plugin in a 64-bit host.

Really fantastic sounds. Especially for drone / deep / dark ambient!
Mit minimaler Anzahl von Reglern den vollen Moog-Sound, und dann auch noch Akkorde spielen? Mit sauberem Chorus und 2x Delay sync to host? Und dann die Optik ... Ein Traum der 1970er ist wahr geworden. (With a minimum of knobs a full moogy sound in polyphony? With a clean chorus and double delay sync to host? At last the design ... A dream of the 1970s has come true.)

I own a real Micromoog and the vst is a very good emulation .

Wow Wow and Wow - incredible synth. I wish the same guy would also make a multimoog clone

My buddy had a real one and this sounds REALLY close. In so many words, the real one didn't sound that great without a bunch of pedals, but the S and H was bitchin' and less complicated than the Odyssey on stage. I saw an early Cure video and they were using one.
i'm quite impressed with this, i exspected total chaos

Sounds really good, but DO NOT USE THIS VST in cakewalk! It crashes the whole program.
After upgrading the cakewalk X1, it works this VST instrument perfectly.
I love it!

Excellent freeware synth. Single osc but very flexible, with variable waveshapes, plenty of modulation options, and a great feel to the sound and vision.

Very harsh sounding beast, just like the original one.
