IceCream VST is a 8-bit sound chiptune like synthesizer.
It can generate some some nice sound like a theme song on a Nintendo or Gameboy game.

I've had issues with this one crashing out REAPER and Cakewalk, which is such a shame as I really enjoy using this plugin. It has some amazing tones and is really fun to play with. Neither program had issues with crashing until I started to use this plugin, and with Cakewalk, it crashed on just trying to open the UI. At least with REAPER I can have it play about 5 bars before crashing. Dunno what the source issue is, but is there a way to improve compatibility with Win10 x64?
DOESNT WORK FOR ME I TRIED ABSOLUTELLY EVERYTHING AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK A SHAME CUZ IT LOOKED LIKE IT SOUNDED REALLY GREAT ;(
I tried to download this into fl studio and it doesn't show up in my plugins?
It's something to do with it not bridging properly in 64-bit FL Studio as it's a 32-bit VST. Or something. Anyway, rather than spend hours faffing around and getting nowhere like I did, just download vsthost and run it through that and record and export WAV to insert into FL Studio - problem solved!
If you can't find it in FL Studio, you most likely need to favorite it in the plugins list page. This always works for me!
Just install FL Studio 20.9.2.2963 and go to your new FL studio folder => SystemToolsBridge32bit and copy ilbridge.exe from there. Paste it into your regular FL Studio folder at the same path. Overwrite your ilbridge.exe with copied one and you can use your regular instance of FL studio with ICECREAM. It will work fine!

So this has been my go to freebie chip tune other than Bleep for the past 5 years or so. Easy to use. Good amount of features. It's great if your into the Hyperpop/ PC Music genre. And to be honest sometimes I just throw it on with no intention of actually making anything with it.I just want to hear the noises
