MASBAX is a smooth and transparent 3 band Dual-Mono / Stereo / Mid-Side processing EQ.
- High, Mid, and Low Boost/Cut amounts: +/- 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6.
- Mid band has two type of bandwidth. Broad boost and narrow cut.
- 6 High Frequency Selections: 9kHz, 13kHz, 16kHz, 20kHz, 27kHz, and 40kHz.
- 6 Mid Frequency Selections: 200Hz, 400Hz, 800Hz, 2kHz, 4kHz, and 7kHz.
- 6 Low Frequency Selections: 20Hz, 30Hz, 40Hz, 60Hz, 85Hz, and 120Hz.

Sounds good but CPU usage is kinda high. I (as an audio pleb) don't need this mid/side stuff either so it takes up extra screen space unnecessarily.
So I downloaded this, but since there was no install, it doesnt show inside Protools. how do I install the download so Tools can find it?
Open pro tools -> look into settings -> look for "folders" or something like that. Somewhere it will show you, where your path might be

Fantastic as a mid/side eq. I usually use it on the drum bus to seperately enhance the overheads on the sides and the kick/snare in the middle.

This EQ is simply sublime. Along with TDR Slick EQ-M this is my favorite EQ for broad strokes. The M/S mode makes it even more special!

Anyone know if the link knob is for stereo channel linking functionality (For creating a more coherent stereo image) or just for linking similar knobs on the plugin?

Amazing mastering equalizer. A lot more subtle than pultec-style EQs and the M/S option is a great addition, it can bring up the guitars very nicely on sides. I haven't tried it on single channels or busses, but on the master bus is magical, give it a try!
