Known for featuring in Louie Zong's halloween albums. It is basically just a sine wave with some tremolo and vibrato, combined with a subtle noise layer. The sound is easy to recreate without use of the VST. However, if you just need a nice, simple sound quickly, it's good enough for that.

Sounds nothing even close to a human whistle.
It's just a simple sine wave with minimal modifications, sounds ridicolous
When I open it in the fl studio, it just opens in a new channel and there is a sampler track, NO SHEPHERD VST. can anyone help me with this problem? it would be much appreciated... :)
When you want to find the new plugin. In the browser, go to Plugin Database/Installed/Generators/VST. Your mistake was choosing effects instead of generators.

It opens through the mix with such a presence... I like it a lot.
It isn't Ennio Morricone... It's Bernard Herrmann!

Nice whistle! It can also be a great Theremin with some reverb and chorus!
