Mini Erhu is the free version of the upcoming Chinese Erhu.
Erhu is a bowed instrument with two strings, dated back to Tang Dynasty (7th century), and is still widely used today.

 This is good one
Hi, I've still never use plug ins on ableton and I really want to use this erhu vst. Does anybody know how to do ? Thank you very much !
Just place it in your midi instruments folder and Ableton will recognise it. You can point to your own special plug in folder in Ableton - check the options page and you can simply point to a path on your PC.
How do I get it to work in Studio One 5?

Sounds nice, as "first comment" uses presets up/down

Oh my god! Yes, what a wonderful Chinese instrument! At first it might sound only decent but when you use "Easy S UP" and "Easy S Down" presets, it totally has that traditional Chinese sound on it! Perfect instrument for me to create some "Chinese Village" music in RPG Maker project :) Awesome.

 Another great instrument!
Could somebody please give me some instructions how to actually get this up on fl. I saved the file as a zip in my plugin presets folder and I've extracted the file there but I don't know what to do next? Thanks
1- Open FL. 2- Right click on an instrument in the step sequencer. 3- click on "More..". 4- click on "Scan". 5- They'll say "1 new plugin found". 6- find it in the list and Fav it. 7- Close the window. 8- Right click on a track. 9- Click replace or insert. 10- find Mini Erhu vst. 11- click on it.

Pretty good instrument. I like to change the attack to about +2.05. I like how there are lots of adjustments to make. The sound is good but a tiny bit synthetic sounding.

Clean, realistic sounds. That's an Erhu and it's for free. Absolutely fantastic work.

Excellent quality sound. Great work from Kong Audio. I am going to have to shell out for the full instrument. I very much want to hear their Guqin, too.

I'd really recommend this one. Maybe not an East-West quality but it sounds brilliant for a free vst! Thumbs up!
