I put this amp simulator onto an acoustic guitar track but it's very scratchy and distorted even at low input on the amp. The acoustic guitar track is also recorded at a good input with no clipping, so why is it distorting with the amp at low input? What is the optimal input signal into the amp?
Hi, this plugin was created for electric guitar, not acoustic! It only simulates the head, so you'll need to add also a cab simulator to the effects chain. Otherwise, try to lower input, volume and master knobs to zero and raise them with little steps to reach a clean sound.
