HY-SeqCollection 2 Free is a MIDI step sequencer.
Finally you export the results as a MIDI file using the MIDI recorder.
There are 4 modulation signal generators and 8 macro controls available for parameter modulation. You can also insert MIDI effects after the sequencer engine output.
There are 9 MIDI effects available (Octave, Transpose, Scale, Harmonizer, Velocity, Note Chance, Note Echo, MIDI Ctrl, MIDI CC).
Finally you export the results as a MIDI file using the MIDI recorder.

I followed the instructions written on the manual and i can't hear any sound coming out of it, please anybody put a link of a page or video that show how to make it work

It is a MIDI sequencer which means that you need to insert a VSTi instrument after it in the plug-in chain. Then you need to press play in your DAW to actually run it.

As this is free only one mode is available and that is a randomizing sequencer.
