yess this is a great synth but one of probably the best synths is their encaladus it's a wonderful instrument and I don't know if it's their only commercial instrument but it's something magnificent and should be a parameter for everyone ....

This generates lovely thick synth-string sounds similar to JM Jarre and many of the electronic bands of the 70s and 80s. Well worth having in my opinion.

Great sound, but a little wild to tame. If used properly, can generate some beautiful strings and pads.

Excellent. Use with a compressor /eq to achieve Joy Division sounds, Porcupine Tree etc.

Good, solid vintage strings sound,but a bit limited. I've used it,in preference to others, for background strings, so 4/5 for it's usefulness.

This is a very good synth. It has excellent sound quality and works well for strings and pads. This is a must have VST, and the best part is it's free.
