REAPER doesn't play nicely with this plugin. I can't change any of the modules or remove any. The drop-down menus show up but nothing happens when I click them.

Extraordinary ! The synthesizer that replaces almost all others. Just a difficulty which perhaps comes from my configuration (Ubuntu Studio + Wine + Carla): only the left channel appears in output. But even without the stereo, it's already incredible. Well done !

This is MUCH better than Voltage Modular. In my experience, trying to alter a patch or create your own results in vague sounds and endless howling which won't stop until you power your PC off. This doesn't behave like that.

Bitte antworte hier kurz, ob du interesiert bist.)

This is a fabulous entry to modular synthesis. Much easier than VCV. It doesn't have the jillions of components that VCV has or the unlimited rack space, but you can get some great sounds out of it, and programming it does not induce a migraine. When someone wonders if they want to do Modular, I send them to this to get their feet wet and not spend a jillion dollars on boxes. See if they like this workflow. Great for students and pros alike.

This I place 3rd place of all the fully modular options on this site. Best is Sonigen, then 2nd Kamiooka. All 3 are very worth having. This one sounds the most digital of all 3. It had a decent number of presets. Like Kamiooka, I wish it gave you more module slots.

Used this one for ages, it's great. As modular VSTs go, it's pretty simple to use once you remember to route everything to the right place. Polyphonic also, sounds really fat! Check Full Bucket's website also, there LOADS of other stuff there too.
the v1.2.0 Mac PKG had a problem with AUs. Plz get the latest PKG from my website. Cheers

I learned alot, thanks.
Can you repair MIDI CC 120 bug?
Should be fixed now with v1.2.0.
It's very nice, Thanx

I've got myself a new favourite synth! It sounds like perfection - especially the string machine preset. I'm totally hooked and all my other synths will now take a back seat. Thank you FB for this gem.
DOESNT WORK WITH MAC 2020
It does. Follow the installation instructions in the manual.

I have downloaded the beta version... really good !!! :) thank you N N N ninety three !
Just to advise there's a newer beta version of this ace modular synth on Full Bucket's website and it has effects such as delay and reverb, no mean feat on a modular polysynth. Thank you very much Full Bucket, you're a star.

Full Bucket strikes again. Their beta version synth is more stable than quite a few commercial plugins I own. The sound quality is great and his own take on modular synthesis is really smart.

Wow, this is a great modular freebie! I can only imagine which new modules will be added along the way! <3 Delay/echo and reverb effects/modules would be very much appreciated and useful! <=)

Amazing quality synth! This could easily be a commercial plugin.

Another awesome synth from Full Bucket Music, very easy and logic... ok, it's currently still in the Beta-Phase but until now a great pleasure to work with! Thx Guys, go on ;-))

Full Bucket has done it again ! Another great synth.

Phenomenal freebie modular synth! Other developers would charge big money for this! Thanks heaps Full Bucket Music!!!! <3<3<3
This is amazing! I love to see what type of things one person can make. What software did you make this with? Is it all hard coded, or is there some magic software that lets you skip a few steps? Either way, great job!!
Thank you! All my plug-ins are hard coded in C++ and use the WDL-OL/IPlug C++ framework.
Hello, Mister Full Bucket Music! May I ask You if You checked out the new IPlug 2 framework developed by Oli Larkin? It has many improvements and resizable GUI features. It could be useful for You. Thank You very much for all of Your phenomenal plugins! :)

Another excellent Full Bucket synth. Still in beta but works fine. Build your own Eurorack! Has wavetable support to use samples as oscillators. Hey Full Bucket, if it's still in beta, can you add an arp module to the sequencers, and analogue style reverb, delay, flange and phaser modules, and a slot page 2 or we won't have enough slots! This is really good, has full MIDI learn and check out the resonator module! Once again, thanks a lot Full Bucket
Adding effect modules is a bit tricky since ModulAir is *polyphonic* (which would mean one effect instance *per voice*!)... I am thinking about a solution...
And if you can manage a coffee maker module, it may help too :) I feel a bit down sometimes ^^
Thanks friend. Brilliant synth anyway. And if you can make a coffee module, is there any reason why it can't also have a toaster upgrade?
Sorry, just a final thought, if everyone who likes this synth sends Full Bucket a few presets made with it, it will show off what it can do. All presets names must be humourous......
Great idea, highly appreciated!
Thanks a lot for the manual :) I'm more of a "presets user" (shame on me, I know^^) but this one makes me want to learn how to use it.. And I wanna participate ;)
Delay/echo and reverb would be great in ModulAir! =)

This is what one man can make alone... an Awesome modular synth with great sound and for FREE..... compared to a full team like ****(...) with overpriced commercial products who are not better. Full Bucket you're magic !! Viva freeware !!
Thank you!

Great and very flexible!

I don't know how to use it, but all in all it's incredible for free. The CPU usage is really *wow* low, equal to Synth1 that I use mainly. It is NOT a clumsy unhandy complicated piece of software! ;) Would be great to have a really simple tutorial additionally to the manual for people like me.
I am planning such a tutorial, but this will come later... so much work to do... :-)
It would be enough to know if you do this and that, sound comes out. Something really basic that you could widen yourself after knowing the 1st steps.
Makes perfect sense! For now please take a look at the ModulAir YouTube video (top of this page). There you can see how I add some modules and patch them together to create a sound. Hopefully this gives a first clue how to use them.
Can the knobs be automated in FL Studio? If not, then one cannot alter the sound design throughout the progression of the song.
Yes, the knobs can be automated.
thx
Are you friggin kidding me... this is great

Absolutely mindblowing modular software synthesizer! Incredible and versatile sound!
