Simply the right sound of the 80´s
Seriously, this one is incredible. It's hard to find samples from those synths. The sounds are really analog and the knobs are simple but enough to detail the sound. Don't kiddin me... if you give it 4-, those synths are not easy to find on the web, and FREE.

Preset is a passable, generic strings sound, but the rest are pretty useless. Tweakbench do a much better vintage mellotron, if that's what you're loking for.

Been looking for a good 310 vst for some time,as i'm a Jarre fan I liked the raw deep sounds of the 310 on the oxygene album,all i need now is a minipops vst and i'm sorted.THnx again for a great vst.Al.

I have other string synthesizer VSTi. I was mainly looking for the Mellotron emulation. The octave string sound is almost a complete half step out of tune with no ability to adjust the tuning. This renders it unusable for the mellotron setting.

4/5 stars really, I like ARP and don't like korg-ish sounds, mellotrons sound not bad, but nothing special at all, four stars only for arp string.
