FreSh is a frequency shifter plugin.

This is the best pitch-related plug I have, and I have several paid ones. It's very clean and tracks especially well. It can utterly change the sound you're applying it on, if need be, because the parameters are really wide-ranging. Since I do DAWs for fun and self-expression, I often like to use ridiculous settings, and this plug is able to take me to downtown Residents and perhaps even beyond. Eighteen Stars.
