Discovered this developer this year, also in 64-bit so I could finally put to rest certain tools still reliable on 32-bit. Actually use the "Channel2" in many of my songs. I don't care if the compressor is authentic enough, there's also gate, EQ, simple DC cutter and input and output boost. Also use "DJEQ", "MonoDelay" and "RingMod" by this developer. Good stuff and I wish I could donate.

Behind this basic looking interface hides a beast of an SSL style channel. The comp works great, it's not just one trick pony like its "shiny" looking payed competition. EQ is smooth on all levels. Extremely versatile, can even drive second instance to distortion on selected frequencies (my secret trick). If I could only have one plugin in a Word, this would be it.

It sounds amazing. It has everything you need in a channel strip. It is easy to use. It is very intuitive. It looks nice. It's so comfortable to use with your mouse. It seems very stable. It is both 32bit and 64bit.
I feel guilty for using this for free.

Does not open in Ardour 6 :(
This is an outstanding plugin, gives me everything I need on drum tracks and low CPU usage. Love how efficient the gate and compressor are, the EQ section makes it easy to shape frequencies and the limiter is great for making a drum track "slam" in the mix. I honestly use this more than any other plugin.

WOW TOP PRODUCT! I'm using Tracktion 7, and This is my GO TO Channel strip. It looks "Old School". Everything CH Strip, is right there. Gate Comp EQ HP/LP filters Trim in/out. and limiter! Excellent product! You rock.. five stars!*****

Basic looking but sounds fantastic. Clean but not sterile, reminds me of SSL but easier to tame. Also the comp is very nice, smooth and takes out peaks without artifacts. Better than many payed versions for sure. Thank you!

Good but huge cpu usage.
Can't be. I have only 2.9gig 2 core PC and this VST only uses 3.1% with everything enabled.
Barely used any CPU at all in my DAW. Only thing I would ask for is the ability to type in values (freqs, attack time, etc.). Other than that, I love this plugin.

I use this in my DAW (Reaper) and have had no problems. Works great, thanks for making this plugin.
According to the developed, all crash issues in Traction and Sonar have been resolved. Not many free channel strips around, and this certainly looks the part. The bundle as a whole is great stuff indeed! Thank you DD!
