MidiKeySwitcher defines 2-key switches to select a MIDI Channel and send MIDI Messages to select Programs and Banks / SubBanks from a MIDI keyboard set to a fixed channel.
Its ultimate purpose is to free the keyboard player from the computer mouse to browse plugin presets (Programs and Banks) and be able to change instruments (Midi Channel) by using key switches on the lower keys.

This works great! I bought a Novation Launchkey 49 controller that does not support program change but this plug in adds it on nicely. It takes some fiddling to set it up and it does take up three keys on your keyboard but it's worth it.
