Not bad, lightweight and decent selection of stock sounds (albeit heavy pre-processed), it would still be better if they were standalone WAVs, but that's
true of most free drum romplers. More worth giving a download over some of the other options in this category.

Good sounds in different styles. Had a good time with this back in Magix. All i can complain about is that I can't re-open tracks in magix where I used this plugin because somehow earlier this was DrumProx32.dll and now i just find Drumpro.dll (also x32 as suggested) everywhere so they are not compatible. Beside this it's just fine? Especially if you have an older machine
Alguém conseguiu instalar? Copiei a Dll mais não rolou.

it makes me down ----

Well considering it's free there is no excuse to complain. The hip hop drum sounds are usable and the 808 drums are better than some paid VSTs.

Beautifully designed user interface, good control options, rich selection of instruments and sets, too bad that the sounds are extremely pre-processed and therefore completely unusable. I would never even consider paying for additional sounds offered. But as I said, the drum machine layout is made with a lot of love.
I added BOTH the VST and the AU file into many folders. I tried components, and then VST3. I am on mac and I can't find it on garageband. Can I have some help please?
Same, how the heck can I get it to show up

For the people that are having trouble finding this drum kit, I may have found a solution. Once you download and it extract it, it will give you a .dll file. go to this pc then click program files, after that you want to click on where it says Cakewalk. you may see a file name VST Plugins, this has all of your plugins that are currently in cakewalk. Click that and then drag and drop the .dll file into a cakewalk. Open up cakewalk and then on your right where it shows all of your plugins, click where it shows a small keyboard logo then you have found the plugin. this worked for me and I hope it works for you as well.

Good selection. Good sounds. Low cpu usage compared to other romplers. I'm pretty happy with it. Reverb sounds good to me.
My step sequencer in Cakewalk makes no sound with Drum Pro. What do i do?
Toca cambiar las notas en el Step sequencer, de 34, 35, 36 a 60,61,62, etc..
You have to change the Notes of the C3 to C5 sequencer that go from number 34 change it by 60. And from there go rising from octaves all the sequencer battery, 60 kick, 61Snare ... etc, etc ...
Hi. Can you be more specific? Where do I make the change and is is permanent or has to be done each time you use the app? Thanks.
I like the sound of the drums but how can I tigger them in cubase. They show up open and I can play it with the mouse only. Thanks

Винтаж совсем не похож. От слова совсем!
Am I missing something? When I download this plug in it comes in a zipped file, I unzip it and then go into the folder and it just shows a whole bunch of other files I cannot open and no install start-up prompt or nothing when I click on any of the files in all folders. Trying to use this with Cakewalk and I have watched creative sauce's tutorial, but im sure I must be missing something. First time downloading a VST and just starting learning on a DAW, thanks everybody!
You can extract the downloads out to a folder that Cakewalk would search for VSTs and it would automatically appear on Cakewalk. If you don't know how to do that, here are the steps. Edit -> Preference -> File -> VST Settings -> VST Scan Paths -> Add -> Add the location where you save the extracted file to. Hope this helps.
This helped me find other plugins I forgot that I downloaded! However, I still cannot find this drum plugin...

Hi, I use Cakewalk by Bandlab, I just installed Drum Pro VST and it works, but the Midi that I want to use from my Alesis Sample Pad Pro does not work. Can you please give me some informations about how to do this with Drum Pro ? I used to create Drum Maps with Cakewalk and they work with others VSTs ( SSD5 ... ).Thank you for your kind help. Regards, Alain
Hey how am I able to add this to cakewalk? I have downloaded and allowed changes to computer but can't find it
please check Creative Sauce Channel on Youtube, Mike has a step by step tutorial.

Used on Cubase on my windows computer but It doesn't work on iMac Logic Pro x... very sad. But overall, this is a good VST. like all the samples plus it's free. Thanks!!!
When I downloaded it, the sounds could be played on the virtual instrument but not on the cakewalk step-sequencer, piano roll, nor my laptop keyboard.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Cakewalk/comments/gpz09l/drum_pro_vst_not_working/ Is this simply not compatible with Cakewalk?
Am I stupid, or where is the program itself? I could only download the drumkit, but no interface?

I love this FREE plugin. Sure there are things I would like - but it's free!
If you need something with more options, they're available - if you pay.
How can I add this to MAGIX?
Thank you so much

Awesome drum kit

With the new Mac update, I no longer am able to use this. It is saying that the developers need to update this software
I've experienced the same problem. Anyone know how to fix?
Very nice! Good STEREO samples and vintage design. Now have 10 presets. Minus 1 star for sounds default - short sound. Good idea make reverse default settings and make shortly samples manually.

Ce Plug-in est mal conçu. On ne peut pas router les pistes convenablement. Dommage.

I like it so much, Thanks!
I'm sure that the guys that are spilling dirt on this free plugin are able to find a free plugin that suits their needs better, but for most of us, who are happy to use the plugin for free, this is a very nice piece of software. Thanks to the developers. Greetings from Slovenia.

All the Thohi's comment is right ; this "Kick Generator" is just a bank of samples. So thanks to share it but the best thing to do: extract each sample & roll on with your favorite DAW.

This drum plugin is basically unusable. At least it's free. Its samples are "okay", but the plugin offers nothing in terms of multi-sampling. But worst of all, even though the plugin does create a whole barrage of outputs, you can't actually map the drum sounds to the different outputs for mixing. You're stuck with them all coming out of the first output, and then an annoying bunch of silent ones; additionally, the drums can't be remapped, so you're stuck playing them on the completely non-standard keys that the creators have dictated. Try another plugin, no matter which one you're almost guaranteed to get something better than this.

Is a very good drum rompler. Has usable sounds that work for me. For the price of 0.00, one cannot complain very much. Thanks to the author for publishing this great kit.
Mine will not open after I tried both windows 32 and 64.

Nice sounding. It is a basic plugin, but if you are wanting basic, but good quality drums - this is good. Stable, which, for VST's is top on the list of wants...
Thank you, this is a very nice program

This is an extremely limited drum rompler. It includes 20 drumkits with 16 sounds (consisting of a single sample for each sound), although more kits can be purchased from StudioLinked. You cannot load your own sounds, nor can you mix and match the sounds from different kits. In a baffling design decision, there is a single volume ADSR envelope shared by all the pads. The knobs default to the 12 o'clock position, meaning that unless you change something the transients of all the hits will be attenuated by the envelope's attack. Even worse, the knobs reset to this position each time a new kit is loaded. The samples themselves seem mainly targeted towards hiphop, although there are a few kits like the "pop" and "acoustic" kits that are ostensibly intended for other genres. There were a few samples that I liked enough to rip to audio, but for the most part they're just okay. In conclusion, this plugin probably isn't worth your time. You'd be better off loading samples from the many top-notch free drum machine sample packs (check out the Goldbaby and Wave Alchemy tasters!) into Nasty Looper or a similar plugin.
I totally agree. It is one of this drum samplers that is made for people to go an rush and buy the samples...
