Maybe in vain many people put low marks for old vst? As far as I know, the developers of many DAWs provide the ability to put several versions ... Old vst old DAW /// I think there is some logic in this ...
I have just downloaded line of legends drum vst, how do I install it on windows 10 ?
Just put .dll file and instruments folder in your default VST folder, if you have troubles with finding VST folder just google "vst plugins folder"

Finding a decent drum kit is as elusive as finding reticulate moose eggs. I am disappointed this one doesn't work because the demo vid sounded pretty good. I am using the VSTHost by Hermann Seib
Mr Cozymelons... You would also appreciate the free Host you prefer... That would be fairer. They could be wrong too.)

Great plugin 100% ... Yes, maybe a little old, but can give odds and brothers and sisters))) Suitable for mixing and completely independent ... Most importantly, it has stereo output to the main components...

Like others, I was only able to hear the kick drum sounds when I loaded this plugin into Ableton (Live 10 Lite). I followed the steps here and managed to have some success - https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209773065-Accessing-additional-audio-outputs-of-a-multi-out-VST-AU-plug-in. Bit clumsy for a total newbie like me but I suppose you can't complain given the price. Hope this helps.
See this video to see how to configure the eigth midi outputs for this kit.

No consigo arrancarlo en mi cubase 5
I can only get some of the sample to work on Mac with Ableton. I could use some of the few sounds I have, but would like to hear the rest of then sounds.
I had some luck after reading this - https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209773065-Accessing-additional-audio-outputs-of-a-multi-out-VST-AU-plug-in

Not Lmms friendly
I agree that it's not LMMS friendly. Everytime I download it, I only get the bassdrums and nothing else. Can anyone tell me how to get the rest of the drums please!

thank you sir !
Working with logic and tried installing it but still have problem of not being to work anything except for the kick output - has anyone figured out this problem yet? not sure what to do.
I just downloaded both vst and au for mac. Copied components and vst files to their designated folders. You're right. Only the kick works. Help anyone? I am using it in Logic Pro X. Thanks
Hello guys. I only heard the kick at 1st. Then I opened the vst with the multi outs and heard all the sounds! Sounds great!!

In REAPER, initially only the bass drum would play (as described in above comments). To get the other samples to play, simply click on the ins and outs button ("2/32 out") and copy the pattern of all the channels by clicking the boxes. Since there are 8 drum sections, you need to do this down to the 8th L/R channels.

Snap is worth it
Not working on Reaper, Windows 10 x64

It works perfectly when all the files in the zip folder are copied into the vst plugin location. I am using FL studio

Can't set outputs, I have nothing but the different parts of the drum in the vst window so no "built in" outputs for you. Lmms does not make possible to set different outputs using vestige so I guess gg. It's been more than an hour.
I can not work out how to get anything other than the kick's to play on reason...I know you said check the manual but I cant find what im looking for anyone else here got this working on reason 10?
Same here.
Just saw In the VST intruments window, at the right side of the slot where you load the vst there is a litlle icon that let you activate the vst outputs." - that worked, thanks! Awesome sounds
I've loaded it into Cubase and set up set up multiple outputs across 8 midi tracks eg. Midi channel 1 = output 1, Midi channel 2 = output 2, Midi channel 3 = output 3 etc. However all the Midi channels can only play the kick sounds on output 1. Can anyone help advice what I did wrong?

Hi. I installed it on Reason 9.5 but can only play the bass drum. How can I get other drum voice to work? Thanks.
Hey, having a little trouble here. I'm trying to use it on Cakewalk (bandlab), and the plugin shows up, but when I open it says "no instruments". I've tried moving just the .dll to the vst folder, moving both the .dll and the .mse, and still nothing. Could someone save me please?
Copy the dll file with the folder that contains the mse file, just like it is in the zip.
It works, as you suggested. Thank you. I'm using FL studio.

I may be missing something obvious, but where's the MIDI note number map for each button?

Ableton friends, you're probably looking for this:

Note usable on cubase 8.5
Good job!!! In Reaper this plug-in works perfectly but its not for noobs. Better begining from LMMS because there is a step sequencer.
Great, at first I thought this multi-output thing will be pain, but it is actually very good.
I love how it looks its dope but it doesn't work for me I have a Mac Pro
I tried to use this in Nuendo 4, doesn't work. As far as i remember i unzip the whole thing in my VSTPlugins folder, right? In Vst Instrument settings the path is registered. It doesn't show up for me though..
I'm new to Cubase Elements 8 le, and am finding this seriously hard to use, I can't even seem to perform the easiest of tasks, like trying to load this file, I am getting quite fustrated. I've tried copying the .DLL file, the .DLL & .MSE file, and I've tried copying the whole contents of the Zip file. I've tried pointing the Mediabay to it, I've put it in the VST folder, and also the VST3 folder, and still nothing. Anyone.........
Hi, sorry for that, I will try to publish an update asap. I guess your system can't recognize it, will answer this comment when update will be online.
New version 1.1 is ready. Please try if it works for you.
Hi, Thanks but still nothing. Think i'm gonna give Cubase a miss, it's obviously not for me.
I'm having a similar issue on FL Studio, Please Respond
Awesome vst, thanks a ton for making it and providing us for free :) It's just amazing, esp the snap sound I was struggling to find, this plugin made my day.

Really like how many options it has. It always has the right sound I need to fit my song. Though I have been getting a problem where once I get to the end of the song, it creates this huge static noise that only shows up in the export. I don't know if anyone else is having that problem.
Yeap i have the same problem
I am having trouble using this in ableton. Only 6 outputs seem to be available and I don't understand how I could use the keyboard to control the sounds. Can someone help? thanks :)

Has all the high quality drum sounds I needed! Not a cheap 8-bit drum!
When I download this plug-in it doesnt appear in my cubase LE 8 VST plugin dropdown menu to choose it. How do I get it to appear there so I can use it? I have checked the vst plugin path and my plugins are in the right folder. help?
Are you sure you download the correct version (32 or 64 bit) ?
Yes downloaded correct version it appears in my cubase program but when i open it it says "there are no instruments".
Then copy the whole zip content in your vst folder, not just the .ddl file. It should work.
Anyone know how to adjust the outputs in Mixcraft?
Yes, first Uninstall Mixcraft.
I'am a newbye but despite my perseverance I cannot set multiple outputs in Cubase 5.. please HELP !!
In the VST intruments window, at the right side of the slot where you load the vst there is a litlle icon that let you activate the vst outputs.

Some nice drums in here, have used in a number of songs and chiptunes. Thank you

I have figured out how to get the plugin to work with VSThost, I'll be checking these comments in case anyone wants to know.
Check in your DAW manual to set up multiple outputs !
J'AIME BIEN CE LOGICIEL, MERCI.

No kiddin'..! I may be superstitious, but that sounds like the spell of God to me, and therefore I stumble on my knews in jubilation and shake my head , busting with gratitude :)
Can someone confirm that plugin is working on Maschine?

Waw :),Good Good
On logic make sure you click on Multiple Output (8x Stereo) when clicking on the plugin to select it.
Kick sounds section work, every other section does not work and no sound comes out !
Check in your DAW manual to set up multiple outputs !
I will try. Hope it works! Thank you :-) The sounds from the kick section was cool so if it would work it would be a nice usable plugin!
How do you set up multiple outputs?
Same happened to me in Reaper. When it asks you if you'd like to create different tracks for multiple outputs you click yes.

Cool soundz. Thank you.

Multichannel works. Fine sounds and good variations. Uses (very!) unusual MIDI placements however. To use all drums one needs to use several octaves. That means standard drum MIDI files need editing. All in all, very usable if not easiest to use. Recommended.
