LeCab2 is a cabinet (guitar or bass) impulse loader.
- 6 impulse slots
- Latency control (down to 64 samples)
- Dropdown menu built with the .wav files contained in the directory where the last impulse is loaded

LMMS tabs out and removes the option to choose a file when I click the folder option, causing LMMS to be unaccessible. When I try to click anywhere, it makes that sound when you try to click outside of the Choose folder. Any solutions?
Go to LMMS stetting's and change "Plugin embedding" to No embedding then restart LMMS and load the plugin just tried it and it works fine.
It didn’t work for me. I have also the same problem and same with sforzando. I tried using the No embedded option and it still tabs out

Does this still work on M1 Macs? It's not just a 64 vs 32 bit issue now so I'm really doubtful. It's a shame that some of these older free plugins are getting phased out on macOS platform.

LeCab is lying. There is no impulse resampling for the current sample rate.
It will never work again on newer MacOS versions, since they dropped 32bit plugins support, and this is 32-bit only.
Your wrong I have it working perfect on my macbook pro 2013 2020 (m1 chip) with logic x. I was in doubt cause your comment but thought I'll give it a try and it is working perfect so its not only 32 bit

HELP, the LeCab2 used to work on my MacBook but now it suddenly doesn't show up in the menu. I tried reloading it but it's just not there! I love this cab and it has been a main part of my recording sound! Please, could you help with this issue?
On newer MacOS versions, they dropped 32bit plugins support, and this is 32-bit only.

I don't like to slag on someones work, only EVERY TIME I tried to load an IR wav in Reaper it crashed the entire lot. I see other folks here it seems to have worked for. Hopes crushed. I've been using "Boogex" by Voxengo, available on this site. It doesn't have 6 slots, but you can use multiple instances. Plus it comes with it's own capable, optional guitar amp. IT loads INSTANTLY.

Hi. I would ask you kindly for your help, regarding one question? Can you please tell me how I can switch the SOLO-function of each cab so all other cabs get muted. I like to compare some IR and therefore have to A/B a lot. In most DAWs a channel can be activated exclusively by clicking f.e. ALT+SoloButton. In Reaper it is CMD+ALT+SoloButton which mutes all other tracks but I am not able to find a corresponding functionkey-combination in LeCab. Maybe someone could comment here?
