With Cynthia you can do all that crazy stuff you cant do with a modern synth.
Cynthia is monophonic VSTi, very Old School, but will still be able to keep in tune throughout the song, patches can be stored and it is of course fully MIDI controllable.

Cynthia is monophonic VSTi, very Old School, but will still be able to keep in tune throughout the song, patches can be stored and it is of course fully MIDI controllable.
Control voltage and sound sources:
- 3 monophonic oscillators with controls for shape and level of the waveforms, sync and phase-shift
- Noise generator
- Two audio inputs so you can modify the sound of a guitar or your voice
- 8 step control voltage sequencer
- Attack-hold-decay(-repeat) envelope generator producing a control voltage with adjustable level and bias
- A self-oscillating filter (can be used as a sine OSC as well)
- 3 VCA's controlled by the envelope generator or control voltages assigned to the output level of each channel
- Ring modulator
- Spring reverb with short and long spring
- Delay (delay time from 0 to 10 seconds)
Controls:
- Tuner for tuning OSC's by ear
- Joystick for extra control
- 16 x 20 routing matrix with inputs for host MIDI pitch and velocity and inversion of individual connections
- MIDI cc's can be assigned to any knob
- Adjustable portamento time
- Trigger button for triggering the envelope generator
Outputs:
- 2 pairs of stereo outputs with extra filters, pan and volume control, direct out and speaker (simulating the sound of a pair of canny speakers)

Nice re-creation of a very original synth that can make plenty of cool and unusual sounds (but more likely ear piercing random scrietches). It comes with a manual, nice, because this is a wierd synth ! Midi learn does not work for me, no MIDIcontroller.txt file to rdit either. The shortcut from the synth UI does not work for me (FL Studio 20). Usually works well, but can freeze.

So far this synthesizer is fun. I mainly wanted it because of Pink Floyd and this is probably the closest for free that you can get similar to what pink floyd used. They are my favorite band.
Hello, where can we find some presets. Especially Jarre's ones whould be great ! Awsome vst !

I wish this one was better coded because every 4 minutes it stops the sound on my whole music DAW, but its sounding VERY VERY VERY RAW i love it. i just cant use it live :(
... I have worked in the late 80's with the Original Synthi A I been very happy to find his digital Emulation and very excited if it works like the Original or near the Original...

Wish I could figure out how to make the joystick work with my gaming joystick in midi cc in Reaper somehow...
My favorite VST, anybody help me on why it crashes?
Good but the xils-lab xils 3 or 4 is better! (altought it is paying)

I think this is one of THE BEST free VSTs around!!! I just wish ninecows does version two ! - especially if the sequencer could be worked to the host tempo! that would really make life a lot easier to bare....
This is based off the synth that "On The Run" by Pink Floyd was played on! Sounds Exact! Thanks!
After spending an obscene amount of time getting a sound out of this thing (refusing to look at presets), I finally got it going with the hi hat using velocity to control the white noise. Probably NOT how it was done, but it worked! Now for another long evening figuring out the rest of the crazy sfx... ugh
Roger, Roger, Roger... Just play the bass and leave the complicated stuff to David and Rick.
