So got to your OS (C:) Then click (x86) File. Go to your Lmmms file. Click Plugins and put your Vst in there. Then open Lmms and go to Vestige and click on the folder, then it displays all your downloaded vst's. Now you can click on that file and open it. Note that if it's a vst you want to have a folder that holds your .dll file, If it's an effect you can just drop the .dll file in the plugins folder.
