EDGE is a subharmonic synth, output will be your audio plus extra low bass.
Unlike most bass enhancers, it doesn't just boost the bass or shape the lower frequencies. What it does is takes the input signal and creates a bass signal one (or even two) octaves lower than the original.

Outstanding low frequency gain adding a subharmonic synth. It's like adding a new bass player with a Chapman stick !. But, under narrow adjustments range. The -2 octave button is useless except if your planning to drive a earthquake. One of the nicest vst I've found here in this great website. Good job !

Norton Insight is now identifying it as a threat. You might contact norton and let them know it's a false positive. If it is.

Does what it says on the tin very well. Been using it for fattening up kick drums lately - very impressed with it :)
