I like Voxengo but only discovered this one a few months ago. Since then it's been my main reverb. Good number of controls. The damping section is useful but the taper is weird, the first 50% of the travel for both controls is basically inaudible. The tone isn't great but isn't ugly either. Like someone else said, it's a bit metallic. It's fine though, perfectly passable basic reverb tone. Certainly won't detract from your mix. CPU usage is ok but just a touch higher than the other reverbs and compressors that I'm using (probably due to the largely unnecessary EQ section). With a slightly sweeter tone or slightly lower CPU usage this would definitely be a 5/5. I like it a lot more than most reverbs I've used though. Not sure why. It just seems to do the job.

Not very edgy but versatile and good sounding in the mix. Also low on CPU and lucid GUI.
Still one of my favorites besides my paid ones and convolution reverbs. Sounds metalic but like hardware - nice for 90s edm stuff character (Warp Records etc) !

You can use this reverb also for mastering tasks due to the high quality of the voxengo-algorithms.

Best Free Reverb in my opinion. The Quality is top, the CPU Usage is user friendly. (My current number1 verb, TOP5: 1. OldSkoolVerb, 2. OrilRiver, 3. Ambiance, 4. EpicVerb, 5. TAL Reverb 4)

Killer 'verb!

the best free reverb i have! I use it with reaper... I've worked for a while with sanford rev but it started crashing. This one is better and easier to use. The preset "in your face" is perfect for vocals...

So easy to get a great sound out of this one! The wet/dry knobs are also very easy to understand for beginners.

Sounds amazing. Love the effect so much.

Had this for a looong time but just never found application for it. To me it's kind of all there but not quiet enough to create useable drum room sound or vac verb.

This should be used with voxengo mid/side processor <3 <3 <3 (new version comes with "window" :)

I have this for ages and never really used it much until 2 weeks ago .... holy moly, this is an amzing reverb. It sits much better in a mix than just about everything else Ive tried, and great on drums too despite what they say .... thank you Voxengo !

My default reverb. I love the TrueVerb from the unspeakable firm. The results of this one come close.
Thank you. OldSkoolVerb & Ambiance, my best free ones. OSV is more cpu friendly.
