DuckVerb is a ducking reverb wich compress the output.
DuckVerb's output is compressed when there is a certain amount of signal present on its input. It allows to use a lot of wet signal on a voice without loosing too much intelligibility.

This author has such ugly GUI's on his plug-ins otherwise good for the creative juices. There's always a quirk too: Livecut gave me just about the same effect (pick Uncle Tom or AE and got tired quickly of rendering, normalizing and cropping) and I actually created 20 presets for it! Fire, submitted into some competition, required in RENOISE holding it down with automation envelopes because it didn't save presets correctly. *That one* was the most difficult for me to take in, to differ from the poster just below me. About to try this one... sorry for not really commenting on it.
Meh, to each one's own but I've seen much uglier GUIs than those of Smartelectronix. And his Ambience vst UI is a work of art.

I love most of Smartelectronix's stuff, but I find this one really hard to dial in.

Good reverb, I hope it will be updated to 64-bits.

This is a must have for people who enjoy having control over the combination of reverb and compression. Works well with any genre, but have found it more useful for Glitch.
