This is a great OB synth and speaking as a geezer that worked with the originals I can tell you that other than snob appeal ya don't need to buy one of those vintage monsters any more to get the great OB sound. This is a bit limited cause the author wants you to buy the full package. But if you are that way inclined you might want to download the new OBXD synth. It's free and it's scratch built so it comes in 32bit, 64bit and now Mac variants. Like I said, it's free so see if it works for you before you plunk actual cash. Personally I think the OBXD is better but your ears may be different.
