Fantastic pedal for boosting your amp. It's a Fortin grind/33 for your DAW.

Looks to me like a FA-1 without the Low Cut switch. If you replicate this pedal, why do you then not make it authentically, but cancel this feature? Nothing really awesome, just some typical late 70's op-amp tones. Not really a boost, not really an overdrive, which improves anything for me, therefore dispensable, sorry.
It's a TC Electronic Integrated Preamplifier emulation. The original TC pedal is probably inspired by the Boss FA-1, but it has way more headroom. It's not meant to have any distortion whatsoever, it's just meant to push amps as hard (or as soft) as you'd like. It's famous among metal guitarists because Meshuggah has used them since the early 90's. They use it by setting the bass knob to zero, then boosting the treble and volume to max. This is the settings that Meshuggah's signature Fortin 33/Grind pedals are based on. So basically just a gnarly boost pedal with tons of clean gain.

It works, but it's really not anything special
