This one works pretty well once you have it installed. One of the better string players on this site. Deserves a better rating. OT strings is probably better but this one is still good.

Bad Sound. And the problem with loading the instruments, chosing a preset and boom: you have to load the instrument again. A pain. Their piano is pretty good, so I gave it a shot. But this is really not with 700mb diskspace. I'm sorry.

Very crashy on Reaper Mac 12.4
Original was completely unusable, didn't sound like strings even and almost like it just repeated a single sample no round robins. But now that they've chosen to revisit it and because the hybric piano isn't bad, I'm giving this a chance. But they'll need to have improved it greatly.
Good morning, downloaded in AU for Garage Band it does not appear in the sound list neither as Sound Magic nor as Neo Orchestra. What do I do? Trash it?

I have heard better, this only seems to come with violins and violas, it doesn't even have a cello for frick sake! The demonstration in the video is a lie, I could hear instruments there that are NOT there in this vst.

It comes with 3 instruments - violins (1 sounds really good and the other 2 are ok). You have to follow the pdf instructions to get it to work. You place the library in your document folder and go the the top right of the vst gui and set the path by the middle settings button. Unfortunately, clicking the far right menu for different styles of playing reverts the plugin to default and you have to reopen the instrument all over again (PITA). It is way too big of a download and I find it too limited when I got other plugins that can do the same thing. I am on Reaper 6.53 64bit on Windows 7.

Not worth the disc space. No.

I whish there was more control over the attack speed. Also I can't use the sounds polyphonically. That would also improve it a lot for me.
Doesn't work
After installing, I click on "Select Instrument" and it takes me to the Instrument folder...and nothing is there. wth?
Hola..el archivo instalador para win 32 no crea el archivo dll.

Thanks for the 32bit!! Not sure on 700mb! & So called producers! Now want it faster harder!! Dont forget all the best music was made without this 64 more more bit
So you're still living in a cave, wearing a fur? :D
Yes im in my cave with Wilma! Keep following the sheep!
32 Bit. still gets the job done. Cave not included.
Such a funny thread!
I can't install Sound Magic, StringsOne and PianoOne plugins in Reaper 64 on Windows 10. DLL does not appear after scanning VSTs. I have tons of plugins but these don't work. Who helps me ?
It's probably because the vsti dll files are not named as they are being titled.
Look for these names: NeoOrchestra = StringsOne , Neo_Piano = PianoOne
In fact, when I install StringsOne with the installer, a NeoOrchestra folder is formed in the VstPlugin folder inside is the DLL. Then I start Reaper and it shows in the rectangle starting the name NeoOrchestra. Then I open a track and open the list of VSTs but there is no trace of NeoOrchestra or StringsOne.
