Spectral Lemuring is a spectral processing effect which is a lo-fi pitch shifter with some extra functionality.
It can process the high-magnitude and low-magnitude parts of the FFT signal separately, and can also "freeze" the signal.

'Freeze' is the most interesting function here - you can generate cool IDM/glitch effects via freeze/unfreeze. CPU is rather high - 25% on my notebook. The main drawback of this plugin is too bright colours in GUI, so I would be glad to see the plugin re-designed in more user-friendly colour scheme - green/olive, for example, or something like that.
