Denoiser is a noise remover that attenuates or even suppress the background noise on a track, by learning the characteristics of the noise.
The noise and the interesting signal are separated in the spectral domain, and then the noise is attenuated or suppressed on the entire track.
The BlueLab Denoiser plugin works on all types of sounds, not only on vocals and on a subset of musical sounds.
The track must contain at least a small part (even very brief) containing only noise. This part can be for example the beginning or the end of the recording. The plugin learns the characteristics of the noise. Then this noise is attenuated or suppressed on the whole recording.
For more information about attenuating the background noise, a detailed user manual is provided with the plugin.

Great plugin! It works fine in Vegas 15 on Windows 7, but don't work on the less power laptop with the same software kit. May be RAM volume is critically, or some other?

Fantastic plugin. I had quite a bit of noise on a vocal track and this plugin removed it and left the vocal sounding clean. Would recommend!

I've had a power based noise issue when recording guitars for ever. This cleans up the tracks fantastically.
Doesn't seem to be recognised in Logic Pro for me - unsure why as the component file is in the correct folder. Any ideas?

Solving important problems for me. I have de-breathed and de-ambienced a classic acoustic nylon guitar that was very problematic for me. It is very better than Reafir. It uses lot of computer processing and memory, so I strongly recomend use it in first of plugin chain, and freeze/renderize track before including other plugins.

This looks similar to the denoiser in reaper, and waves x-noise. I downloaded it and will compare its performance to the other two denoisers and report back my results. I ASSUME this will work quite well. This automatically gets 5 stars even if the performance is mediocre, which I've yet to determine, because its a free denoiser with all the essential features, including a treble boost.
