Graphite is a wavetable synthesizer.
You can use wavetables with 2048 samples in wav format, for example you can export wavetables from Node directly to Graphite. Just put the wavetables in Tables folder.
On Windows it will be in documents/Spore Sound/Tables.
On Mac in Library/Audio/Presets/Spore Sound/Tables.
- 2 filters, whitch work in 3 modes: paralel, serial, split.
- FX section includes two type of reverb, chorus, flanger, tube preamp, compressor, delay and simple arpegiator. Also you can change FX routing.
- Antialiasing method designed for quality sound and low cpu usage.
- Modulation matrix contains 9 sources with 4 destination for each.

I love this vst

It's good but I need some presets.
No sound. No presets. Uninstalled.
Lazy. Make some sounds. What kind of musician are you? Not the dedicated kind, apparently.

I don't understand the bad comments, it's very good and easy to use.

Not for synth simpletons like me. No presets. Super unintuitive design. I don't understand why someone would make such a powerful synth but not bother to do basic stuff like setting up presets. Kinda feels half finished...
You sound as if you expect a clarinet to play itself and throw it away when it doesn't.

Didnt work. I uninstalled it
Trying to install on mac, but nothing's happening… says it was completed successfully but nothing new is in the library/audio/presets folder.

This is a very interesting and promising synth with a lot of potential. Very well done, it just needs finetuning and bugfixing. <3

It crashes when I try to save presets.
Synth not loading in FL20 :(
Вот тебе и Serum - бесплатный аналог.

A very nice and promising synth, I hope the developers keep improving and bettering it. <3

Great free alternative for Serum alongside Vital and Surge.
And Serum?

I really liked the look of it! But I feel it needs some improvement before I can really use it... The Automation Matrix is really untransparent. The overview page is fine, but on the main page you really can't see what you're doing. Also I was struggling getting Amp Envelopes to work and getting the LFO's to be sinewaves was really tedious. It has some nice wavetables tough!
There's an LFO preset for sine shape tho

Similar to Vital and Helm (which are great), plenty to get into and play around with. I think I prefer the sound of Graphite though, its warmer and less clinical with a lovely rough edge!
Wow, it's a bomb!

Works great
I'm having a hard time trying to use this synth. Not because it's a bad synth, but because of this absolute nightmare of a GUI. It's not user friendly. You can't read anything unless you have a 50" monitor in front of you or looking through a magnifying glass. Everything is just ridiculously small and way too dark. I don't want to rate it just yet, because judging a book by its cover is not a fair thing to do. I'll be waiting for an update (if it ever comes).
ehm so you never worked with wavetable synthesizers more than 3x osc? never seen the serum gui which is basicially the same and never seen the fact that serum may be the most sold synth so far?
Criticizing a product does not make me a "hater". If you like your GUI's dark and tiny, then good for you. I don't.
I tend to agree with John. Ever work in a windowless room with flickering fluorescent lights that are near dead? It's maddening. Then, if you put in new tubes, it feels like heaven. Maybe simply an option to brighten the theme.

Sounds good, but without any presets and a manual it is difficult to find out how everything works, as this plugin is not really self explanatory.

I think the GUI still needs a bit of work, but other than that it's fantastic. Thank you very much!
GUI is over-scaled up with multi-scaled monitors (FHD 100%+4K 150%), becomes bigger than 4k. I cannot even move the window.

Powerful soft synth!

It will be part of my arsenal now.

I need binoculars to see the GUI, absolutely useless
Bruh just change the GUI size in the top left
Seems like a really cool plug-in, yet can't figure out how to make filters work, as turning them on is not enough. Any help?
I had the same issue. Simply click the grey Filter1 or Filter 2 just below the master Filter enable button you toggled. This will turn on the individual filters, which are also off by default. Took me forever to figure that one out.

No presets which makes it difficult to work out what's going on. The GUI is awful, text too small and difficult to read - we don't all have ultra HD monitors. Plus there's a splash screen advertising the creators accounts that is impossible to get rid of.
Agree that it's hard to read, but you can get rid of the 'About' dialog (which is NOT a splash screen!) by just clicking on the About button again.
Not the best solution to get rid of it, but there is one.
Edit: Filters working, I dont found the TurnOn-Knob. Very good Synth!!!!!!
I cant figure out how to turn the filters on, did turn on the yellow knob, but nothing happens when I adjust the cut off.
After you turn on the yellow knob, you have to click on the Filter 1 and Filter 2 that is greyed out below to hear the filters it had me stumped for a while too. They do work after you do that good luck.
Many thanks, the developer answered me in an email. Good sounding synth by the way.

Sounds very good, but Filters dont work??
