As interesting as the effects at first seemed, I found many of them quite similar and too 'effectish' or gimmicky, even monotonous, to implement musically. Being called Space Modulator implies experimental reverb possibilities but it's pretty much just simple delays. Interface and responsiveness is trusted Valhalla quality, that's why two stars. Then there was another problem. User needs to be careful with some of the effects like Doubling because they are not mono-compatible, which you clearly hear if you set the plugin's output or your DAW to output audio as mono: the sound starts to phase. If you want to widen or multiply a sound you should have a different sample if audio or another oscillator or plugin instance if a synth. Valhalla and many other devs really should make a mention of this because especially beginning musicians print or 'render' tracks with effects on without any clue about mono compatibility. Mono-compatibility is not a joke.

I really like this forward thinking flanger-plugin from Valhalla. But it lacks a bit of sound-quality and living stereo-image. M-Flanger by Melda (also free) sounds way more vivid and is also able to create crazy sounds.

This is the best plugin for flanging I've ever found. It's really good from subtle effects on vocals or acoustic guitar, up to crazy jet engine or slushwave type sounds
