YALA is a vintage Vari-Mu tube limiting amplifier.
Yet Another Limiting Amplifier! Burn it with YALA! Famous Vari-Mu Limiting Amplifier in your DAW! Add shine to your mixes. Level vocals and basses especially but it's good for all purposes! Even without compressor use it as line amp or summing amp.
True Component & Circuit Modeling.
Re-drawing and designing original circuit carefully and emulated original fingerprint of gear with our technology. Carefully designed transformers and tubes. Fully emulated vari-mu limiting amplifier.

Its the most great of the best freeware buss comp for mastering glue mix
And great freeware altec438A mu master mix buss glue compressor vst 3 plugin ever made before, I love you more than everything else Analog Obsession, I'm so happy by the results.
This is bloody awesome. Made a bitchin Drum Buss strip with AO plugs: Transature, Konsol, SSQ, YALA, SweetDrums. Sounds so damn good! His Patreon thing is such a good idea & business model (well it sounds like it should be, & I hope he is doing ok by it all).

Somehow the two knobs on the left appear to be swapped. You can increase the volume with the ATTEN know and attenuate it with the VOLUME knob. The two little ‘screw knobs’ are difficult to adjust, so the big GUI is more decorative than functional, but with DAWs like REAPER you can also switch to the GUI-less default interface and use the sliders instead, even though the slider that is labeled as ‘Volume’ also controls the attenuation there. But then again, this is only version 1.0, so maybe this little quirk will be fixed in a later update.
