Buzz Cut is an audio clipping plugin designed for ease of use and great sound.
The intuitive scrolling waveform display gives a clear visual depiction of the processing and makes the settings easy to dial in.
The "HQ" mode offers a cleaner sound for when hard, digital clipping produces too many artifacts.
While mixing, Buzz Cut works great for leveling off drums and percussion while retaining the impact of the transients.
In a mastering context, clipping with Buzz Cut can allow the perceived volume of the audio to be increased without raising the peak levels.

VERY GOOD

A good clipper, not the best out there but effective and simple. Anti-aliasing could be improved, though.

Works subtle, unfortunately not totally enough to really "do the trick" but helps just enough to improve.. Thank you!

Until now the best free clipper available, with the HQ button ON. Just beware, the HQ button not only applies 4X oversampling, it also makes the plugin a Soft Clipper so the peaks can go a little higher.

It won't launch in Reaper

Does what it says it'll do, nothing more and nothing less - it's an easy and visual hard clipping tool. Thank you!

This shit can't launch and makes FL Studio Crash

Thanx a lot for your free VST. For next version a "set ceiling to max amplitude" button would be nice? If you want, an anticlipping function then could make it an allround tool. Now, I see it as a kind of distortion/gain tool.
