200 C is a set of Buchla 200 modules.
Since the six oscillators have FM inputs and there are eight envelopes and eight VCAs available, this can be set up as a six-operator FM synth.
This is NOT intended to be a emulation of the sound or precise function of any Buchla modules or instrument; only a way to experience some of the unique 'West Coast' way of thinking about sound generation and alteration.
Patching is by drop-downs at each signal and CV input.
- 3 258-style Dual Oscillators.
- 2 Quad Envelope Generators.
- 2 Quad LoPass/VCAs.
- Dual Bandpass VCF.
- Dual random voltage source.
- Dual Ring Modulator.
- Dual CV Processor.

I'm having trouble with some configuration related to ring modulation, anyone else? Otherwise well.
So what can this run on? I tried a few things now but it doesnt even appear in the plugins sections of programs. Is it just unzip to the VST folder, or am I missing something?
I'm on Mac, but I'd buy a dedicated pc setup to run these (had a Buchla in past and don't have 20K to buy again)---so what would I need??

So far it works (on Reaper) without any problem, I explored a bit, nice sound.

I decided to write a comment under the very first plugin [KBplugs] ... They are all good and crazy ... Definitely deserve five points.) They are quite convenient to work with, but they take up a lot of free time. Knocked out a window into space #@%#^^@))) Okay, you can really get great sound out of them ... Many thanks to Vst4free site ... Modulate)))
It doesn't work on Windows 10 x64. Nor in Reaper, neither in VSTHost or SavyHost or VSTBoard or anywhere else. Tried jBridge but did ignore that thingy. I'd love to try it out though. Maybe K you should program your vst's as 32-bit. Those usually don't give me any stress on Win10 x64. From what I read here I'am not the only one complaining about this. Greets, Ersin.
It's 32-bit actually....
Not working on Cakewalk. Says it's may not be installed properly. I put it in the VST folder and did a VST scan. Any ideas? Is there a way to run it standalone? Thanks.
Use Tone2 NanoHost v1.0.2 for standalone
Same problem. It definitely detects the plugin... but doesn't like using it for some reason.
Doesn't work on Reaper.
It does on mine.
Hi.Very Interesting Thing. Thank you. Is there any manual how to make it work?
If you open 200 Max, there's multiple Info boxes to explain the different modules.
Gracias por la aportacion y la ayuda para seguir haciendo musica

This one is going to take a while to learn. Thanks for this being a freebie though!
