I downloaded and im getting a message saying cannot find any instruments, what do I do ?
I was getting this error. Once the file is extracted, put everything that is extracted (folder and .dlll file) into your plugin folder

So I got 32 and 64 VST version all next to each other in the same folder with some other plugins. It wasn't popping up when I clicked "find installed plug ins" so I went and searched for it, but it was nowhere to be found. All my other plugins were there though. How do I fix this?

I needed a tool to write a few sax lines to give indications to a sax player and this has helped me tremendously, thank you!
Nice stuff

I'm getting a "Cannot find any instruments." error message when I have this open in my DAW (Reaper). The DAW is pointing to the correct folder location. The two files in the folder are "Iowa Alto Sax - 64.dll" and "Iowa Alto Sax - 64.mse". Any advice how I can get the instrument to show in the DAW?
Me too bro idk is the same whit all the plugins of saxo
You must install the 32 bit version, then it goes (in my case)

I´m using Samplitude pro5 for recording. Everytime I start playback the volume of the altosax is very low. Although the button is in the correct position (70% up). When I use the instruments delivered with samplitude the bahvior is different, the instruments volume is always the same unless I do a change.
Maybe it's because of midi voulme recorded in your track, are you using midifiles ?

Excellent for my beat remake of Casualty by Lawrence
There stands:,,Cannot find any instruments´´
Make sure the second folder in the download file is there with your vst plugin

this one is probably the best in all the IOWA products, but on high range it always out of tune, if you use this, a tuner need

Not fully realistic but as good as it gets for a free plug in.

Thanks this is amazing
Thanks for your great work, Rory, Dublin
Hey BigCat! loving this sax VST, amazing like all your other VSTS. many thanks again for sharing it. I think I may have found a 'bug' - when i play the lowest "e" note, it plays fine at high velocity, but at a very low velocity, it sounds like the "e" one octave higher. At first I thought it was to give a 'breath' effect, but the notes either side do not give that effect at low velocity.
Thanks again, love your VSTs :)
