It´s a serious free alternative to the famous and expensive "F*b-F*lter S*turn"-VST. I´m so happy! Great on Rock and Heavy-Bassguitars.
I think TwinCrusher by Saschart is better. Higher quality controls and a more simplistic, efficient design using 2 bands with an adjustable frequency split in between.

Very good on vocals and perfect for mastering!!!! As a mastering plugin it adds a nice color and maximize the whole gain without any annoying sounds. If you're into harder styles of music like hardstyle,hardcore,industrial you will love this plugin!!!

Yes, if you use this VST carefully, because of fragile tonal ballance of vocal-tracks. But I would prefer different free-plugins e.g. Voxengo TubeAmp / Audio Damage FuzzPlus / Liberty (in soft mode). I also recommend to try parallel-distortion technique (a clean track in combination with a copied overdriven track). Hope that helps...

Very good VST. I use it for guitar together with a 808 VST. The distortion from this HY-MBDrive is rather mellow, for Rock and Blues I would say. Great! Thank you!

A beast of distortion used with a bass guitar. It enhanced my bass tone. Really i find this the best choice if you have a dull tone from these ***py pick up tone. Thanks for developing this.
