Stereoband is a 8 band stereo spreader.
It splits the signal into 8 bands and changes the stereo spread by delaying the left/right signal. You can also change the pan position of each band.

I wish there was a manual for this, I just don't "get" the controls or the GUI design in general. Are the frequency bands fixed? Are they 8 evenly divided bands? Are the top sliders shelf filters for the input or output? I love most of ConcreteFX's stuff but this mystifies me.
