RIPSNORTER is a analog synth, featuring Chris Kerry’s excellent Unison Oscillator, which include PWM on all waveforms except Sine.

The Oscillator feeds into a multi-mode filter that provides both Low-Pass and Band-Reject [Notch] outputs at the same time. X-Pan allows for a stereo signal path, with the Low- Pass output sent to one channel and Band-Reject to the other. There are plenty of modulation options which should allow you to create a broad range of useful timbres. The UI is slightly different from others in this range, in order to fit in a more comprehensive distortion set-up.

Author made an outstanding attempt to combine the uncombinable. As a result what you hear is what you get. A killer machine for the true sonic warriors. Use it on maximum settings to enter the indefatigable creatuve sources of synthetic bliss. No doubt it is a five star production.

It's a really unique program. It's not perfect but it's not horrible... It's really one of those vst programs where it may be for some musicians taste in work... It may not be for all but for those who find it, it may be that key synth you've been lookin' for.
