TAL-Filter-2 is a host synced filter module with different filter types, panorama and volume modulation possibilities.
The device includes all 4x oversampled TAL-NoiseMaker filters: LP 24 dB, LP 18dB, LP 12dB, LP 6dB, HP 12 dB, BP 12dB, N 12 dB. Its possible to saturate / distort the input signal by raising the input volume with the input control (only if you use a filter as modulation type). It's also possible to modulate the panorama or volume of an incoming signal. This can be used for tremolo or trance gate effects. Panorama modulation maybe is useful to pan your percussion, hats or sound effects in the stereo room for more interesting rythms and sounds.

Love the Tal-stuff but it creates low-end-rumble. At least the 32-bit version. Maybe this is fixed in newer versions.

Um dos melhores plugins que existe e falo sem exagero. serve pra sidechain simples mas vc tb pode modular algum dos filtros e pode desenhar o formato que quiser. Poderosíssimo e bem prático e facil. Recomendo procurar um video pra saber direitinho como

Be smart and get this plugin. It can replace compressors, gates, expanders, envelopes in one super simple easy to use package. It is so damn useful and so simple. 1000% awesome.

Does anybody know how to automate the actual "line part of this vst?" I'm using Presonus Studio One 3 and I don't see any parameters for automating the actual curves. I see bypass, mute, volumein, volume out, filter type, resonance, depth , etc. No cutoff???

This has to be the coolest filter! It is highly programmable, you set up like a eq, click on the line it adds a dot, you add however many you want, you literally design how you want your filtering - a great tool. You gotta try it, you will love it!
