Should've stayed as just a soundfont, completely worthless plugin. No functionality, but it uses up to 50% CPU? Samples are digustingly smeared with reverb and post processed to hell and back. If only the plugin had...I don't know, some settings to fix that? But it has absolutely nothing.
You're better off downloading a sample pack or using a soundfont, at least then you'd actually have some nice clean sounds that you'd have control over. This is plugin is a waste of CPU cycles and 7.5 MB.

I've used this one on a few of my better tunes. It's got a nice selection for certain subgenres that are usually hard to find drums for. If you're not in that subgenre, then you might not care. But this tool is pretty good and easy to use.

Man, I hate to see people slam on tools they don't know how to use. This plugin works, can support a full metal mix, and a gate with a threshold around -12.7dB will kill the reverb.

Sorry to say, but this doesn't utter a peep. Every other drum or perc program I've tried works with no problem. This thing does absolutely nothing. Waste of time :(

Way too much uncontrollable reverb. Useless in a good mix with its own reverb. Plus that snare is terrible!

Click the FX button on the right side of the track, then add the VST to that track.

Check if your drum track is on midi channel 1. It doesn't work on any other channel.

Installed in Reaper. Fed it a MIDI Drum track. Nothing. Does me no good.

Cymbals are EXCELLENT in this VST. Shame that the drums are not. The drums WOULD be excellent, if they didn't have that enormous reverb on them. And one kick drum has no reverb, while all other drums to. WTH? and the snare is not good. I know this is free and is intended to be very simpe, so I do appreciate the creator making it available. However, I know i will only ever use the cymbals. The high-hats are great, and I love the fact that one of the closed high-hats "chokes' the open high hat. which is a great effect that many drum machines cannot manage :)

As usual with these drumkits, the snare drum sounds bad, like it's tuned too high and with no snare-spring attached.

My basic Kit. Like the one above I use a different kick, but from time to time I come back to the snare. It must be gated indeed. The cymbals are fine as well, yet one has to fool around with an envelope shaper. Although make it sound stereo is a pain in the lower end, the sound of the drums is superb. The VSTi I use for kick uses more ressources, but the toms do not even come close to these of this PlugIn. What about DrumKit2, MaxSynth, with cc, better stereo and no hall?

This is the basic drums instrument for everything. Snare needs some gating most of the time and I udually choose another kick, but those tomtoms are awesome. Only Problem: no cc.

It's okay for free but it lacks polish. It sounds like a mediocre drummer is playing with a cheap drumkit.

Wow, such thick sound...One of the few kits in stereo; it adds so much. My only problem is that it seems to have trouble processing retriggered notes (effect Qxx for my fellow MPT users), meaning rolls and things only get the first note for some reason...
