This emulation with controls, shows that the CR-78 is actually an 808 without controls on manipulation of sounds, with this emulation we can make sounds of CR78 and 808, great work

I used to own a hardware CR-78. This does an excellent job with the sounds. If you are handy with subtleties(dynamics and fills), you should be able to get pretty close to the original patterns with this. It definitely sounds better than most of the sample sets I have downloaded.
This is my favourite free drum emulator 'cos the CR-78 is my favourite drum machine. Sounds great, honestly. Thanks Marvin, any chance of a Fairlight drum machine? I know Fairlight never actually made one, but oh those drum sounds!

Incredible sounds, but a huge CPU hog. I put something together in automation in FL Studio and it froze my whole PC up.

I love the quality and variety of the sounds in this. I can't very-well compare to an actual CR-78 but I love this thing and it's my go-to for laying down the first pass of drums in anything I do and most of that tends to stick around to the final mix.
